We’re looking for a driven, customer-focused Associate Account Manager to join our growing team at RouteGenie. In this role, you’ll be the main point of contact for our clients—building strong relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving product adoption and retention. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, helping customers get the most out of RouteGenie’s solutions and ensuring they continue to see measurable value in our partnership.
The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment and enjoys working collaboratively across teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
This is a fully on-site position (Monday–Friday) in downtown Buffalo, with flexible core business hours. The salary range is $60,000 - $70,000, based on experience, plus an annual bonus opportunity.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts, managing post-implementation relationships.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders at every level of the customer organization.
- Understand each customer’s business goals and challenges to help them maximize the value of the RouteGenie platform.
- Partner with internal teams (Support, Implementation, and Sales) to ensure seamless communication and execution of customer needs.
- Proactively identify opportunities for account growth, including upsell and cross-sell of additional RouteGenie products or features.
- Monitor account health metrics, usage patterns, and customer satisfaction to anticipate issues before they escalate.
- Manage renewal processes and ensure high customer retention rates.
- Advocate for customers internally, providing feedback to influence product development and process improvements.
- Conduct regular business reviews to communicate value, ROI, and new product enhancements.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or client relationship management, preferably in SaaS or technology.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to understand business needs and align solutions to drive results.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A proactive, customer-first approach with a passion for helping clients succeed.
- Experience in healthcare technology or transportation/logistics software is a plus.
